Group Pilates

 

Pilates classes provide an energising and innovative whole body workout often using small equipment with a focus on core strength, posture and mobility (Tuesdays at 6:15pm / Wednesdays at 9:15am All Saints Church & via Zoom).

Blend Classes Pilates (Weights) and Pilates (Swiss Ball)

Blend classes are upbeat, performed to dance music and combine dynamic moves from Pilates, Yoga and Barre elevating both the heart and the spirit. We use weights or a Swiss ball to intensify the workout (Mondays at 6:15pm, Fridays at 9am via Zoom).

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is an uplifting dynamic class that increases strength, balance and flexibility in a measured way with a focus on posture and alignment (Thursdays at 6:15pm Back to Health / Via Zoom)
