Pilates classes provide an energising and innovative whole body workout often using small equipment with a focus on core strength, posture and mobility. (Tuesdays at 6:15pm / Wednesdays at 9:15am All Saints Church)
(Thursdays 6:16pm and Saturdays at 9am St Marys within-the-walls & via Zoom).
